The Minnesota Newspaper Association , a voluntary association of all general-interest
newspapers in the state of Minnesota, acts on behalf of the newspaper press of the state.  
It represents its newspapers in the legislature and in court, sells advertising for newspapers,
operates a mailing service (press releases), sponsors a large annual convention in the
Twin Cities, and engages in a vigorous program of training persons for newspaper work.

From St. Cloud area (Highway I-94) :
Take 94 to Minneapolis and take the exit marked "Exit 4th Street and 7th Street."  
Stay on the 4th Street route (7th Street veers off to the right).  Turn right
onto 1st Avenue and go two blocks and then turn left onto 6th Street and go one
block to Hennepin.  Turn left onto Hennepin, getting into the right lane right away,
and go about a half block.  The parking ramp in the Plymouth Building has valet
parking.  If the parking ramp is full, you will see surface lots nearby.

From the North (I-35W):
Take I-35W south to Washington Avenue exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right
and go to First Avenue (one block past Hennepin). Turn left onto First Avenue and
go to 6th Street.  Turn left onto 6th Street, go one block to Hennepin, left onto
Hennepin, getting into the right lane right away, and go about a half block to the
entry to the parking ramp in the Plymouth Building.  If the ramp is full, you will see
surface lots nearby.

From the South (I-35W):
Take I-35W north to the 5th Avenue exit and take 5th Avenue to 7th Street.  Turn left
on 7th Street and go to Hennepin Avenue.  You can park in the City Center ramp, on
your right, just before you get to Hennepin and then walk to MNA (across the street
from City Center).  Or, turn right onto Hennepin, cross 6th Street and park in the ramp
in the Plymouth Building (between 5th and 6th Streets.)  If the ramp is full, you will see
surface lots nearby.

From the West (I-394 to the 6th Street exit):
Follow 6th Street to Hennepin.  Turn left and park in the ramp in the Plymouth Building
(between 5th & 6th Streets).  If the ramp is full, you will see surface lots nearby.

From the East (I-94 to the 5th Street exit):
Take 5th Street to Portland and turn left onto Portland and go west to 7th Street. 
Turn right onto 7th Street and go to Hennepin, cross 6th Street and park in the Plymouth
right onto 7th Street and go to Hennepin, cross 6th Street and park in the Plymouth
Building ramp or in surface lots, visible from there. (Or park in City Center Ramp,
entering from 7th Street, and take skyway from City Center to Plymouth Building.)
